Champion PTC4 Diamond Hole Saws — Vacuum-Brazed Diamond Grit for Hard Tile, Stone & Masonry
The Champion PTC4 Diamond Hole Saws are professional-grade hole cutting tools designed for drilling large diameter openings in extremely hard materials including porcelain tile, hard tile, granite, marble, travertine, slate, brick, fiberglass, and even thin metal. Featuring an industrial vacuum-brazed diamond cutting surface, these hole saws deliver long life, fast penetration, and durability in demanding applications where carbide hole saws struggle.
PTC4 hole saws are designed with thin walls for rapid penetration and heat resistance, and they incorporate ejection slots to aid in material slug removal. They require the use of a separate arbor for installation in standard power drills or drill presses. Unlike conventional hole saws, PTC4 diamond cutters do not use a pilot drill when cutting tile or other hard surfaces to prevent cracking and improve cut quality.
