Shipping Locations
Canada orders are shipped from:

United States and Mexico orders are shipped from:
11-15 St Marks Ave, Rockville Centre, NY 11570, United States
Prepaid Freight
We offer prepaid freight on qualifying orders:
- Canada: prepaid freight on orders over 149 CAD.
- United States: prepaid freight on orders over 149 USD.
- Mexico: prepaid freight on orders over the MXN equivalent of 149 USD.
Orders below the prepaid freight amount may have a freight charge applied depending on the shipping destination.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:30 PM are normally shipped the same business day when inventory is available.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM are normally shipped the next business day.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Carriers do not pick up on weekends.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, order timing, and service conditions.
- Eastern Canada: as soon as next business day.
- Western Canada: approximately 2–3 business days.
- Northern Territories: approximately 4–6 business days.
- US North-East: approximately 1–3 business days.
- US North-West: approximately 2–4 business days.
- US South-East: approximately 3–5 business days.
- US South-West: approximately 4–6 business days.
- Mexico: approximately 7–10 business days.
Carriers Used
We select the carrier based on the destination, service availability, and shipping efficiency.
- Canada: Purolator or GLS.
- United States: UPS or FedEx.
- Mexico: DHL International.
Tracking Information
Customers receive a tracking number automatically by email as soon as the shipping label is created.
Backorders and Lead Times
If an item is on backorder or not immediately available, the expected lead time will be provided when the backorder is announced to the customer.
Customers may also contact us before placing an order to request lead time information.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders in PDF format by email.

Once received, we will enter the purchase order into our system and send an invoice for payment. Orders are shipped after the invoice has been paid.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If an incorrect address causes a delay, return, redirection, or reshipment, additional freight charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us so we can help open a carrier investigation and assist in resolving the issue.
Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our direct control, but we will support the customer through the process.
Duties, Customs, and Taxes
There are no duties, customs, or additional import taxes charged to customers for orders shipped to the United States or Mexico.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for nearby customers from our Saint-Joseph-du-Lac location.
