CGW Rail Track Cut-Off Wheels use a blend of zirconia and aluminum oxide for rail cutting with compatible gas-powered saws. Both references are Type 1 wheels with double fiberglass reinforcement (DR), a 1/8 inch thickness, 1 inch arbor hole and ZA24R manufacturer specification.
CGW 36162 has a 14 inch diameter and maximum wheel speed of 5,500 RPM. CGW 36163 has a 16 inch diameter and maximum wheel speed of 4,800 RPM. Match the wheel diameter, mounting configuration and permissible speed to your equipment.
Sold in complete-box multiples of 10 wheels. Prices are per wheel. The supplied image shows the 14 inch 36162 and represents the series. Use compatible, correctly rated gas saw equipment and the appropriate manufacturer-approved guard. Use for cutting only, not side grinding. Follow CGW instructions and actual wheel markings.
