CGW plastic-backed flap discs combine a plastic support plate with a hybrid compact construction. On 4-1/2", 5" and 6" discs, the flaps are compressed at a 4° angle for edge strength and extended life. CGW specifies 20% more abrasive material than regular flap discs.
Choose C3 self-sharpening ceramic grain with a cool grinding aid for aggressive grinding on steel and suitable heat-sensitive materials, or Z3® zirconia grain for heavy-duty grinding. Available grits and Regular or XL configurations vary by product.
All listed products use a 5/8"-11 threaded hub. Match the diameter, grit and maximum RPM to your compatible angle grinder.
