To keep the process fair and accurate, your request must meet the conditions below. Humanity has somehow made “same product, same currency, same availability” worth explaining, so here we are.
Same item
Exact model/SKU, brand-new, with the same accessories, configuration, quantity, and specifications.
Eligible retailer
Competitor must be a legitimate retailer serving Canada, the United States, or Mexico.
Publicly advertised
Price must be published on the competitor’s website or flyer, not quote-only, private, or membership pricing.
Same currency basis
The price match is evaluated in the competitor’s advertised currency, such as CAD, USD, or MXN.
Before purchase
Price match requests must be submitted before placing the order.
In stock
Competitor item must be available for immediate shipment or pickup. No back-orders, pre-orders, or imaginary inventory.
Notes: Excludes marketplaces, clearance, refurbished items, used items, bundles, coupon stacks, limited-time pricing errors, and freight manipulation. Shipping, duties, tariffs, taxes, and total landed cost may be considered when evaluating the total value.
