We work hard to offer competitive industrial pricing across Canada, the United States and Mexico. If you find the same item advertised for less, send us the details and we’ll review whether we can match or beat the price.

To ensure a fair and accurate comparison, every request must meet the conditions below.
Same item
The brand, model or SKU, condition, accessories, configuration, quantity and specifications must be identical.
Eligible retailer
The competitor must be a legitimate retailer serving Canada, the United States or Mexico.
Publicly advertised price
The price must appear publicly on the competitor’s website or flyer. Private quotes and membership-only pricing are not eligible.
Same currency basis
The request is evaluated in the currency advertised by the competitor, such as CAD, USD or MXN.
Before purchase
The request must be submitted and approved before the order is placed.
In stock
The competitor’s item must be available for immediate shipment or pickup. Back-orders and pre-orders are not eligible.
Important exclusions: Marketplaces, clearance items, refurbished or used products, bundles, stacked coupons, obvious pricing errors and manipulated freight charges are excluded. Shipping, duties, tariffs, taxes and total landed cost may be considered when comparing overall value.
