The plastic-backed hybrid compact construction compresses the flaps at a 4° angle for edge strength and extended disc life.

C3 Plastic Backed Flap Disc for Steel Grinding
CGW 30225 has a 6" diameter, 80 grit, 5/8"-11 threaded hub mounting and Regular configuration. The abrasive grain is Self-sharpening ceramic.
C3 self-sharpening ceramic grain and a cool grinding aid support aggressive grinding on steel and suitable heat-sensitive materials. CGW specifies 20% more abrasive material than regular flap discs. The plastic-backed hybrid compact construction compresses the flaps at a 4° angle for edge strength and extended disc life.
