Champion USB Series Cylinder End Cut Double-Cut Carbide Burs — Uncoated Solid Carbide for Face & Slot Cutting

The Champion USB Series Cylinder End Cut Double-Cut Carbide Burs are precision rotary cutting tools designed for face cutting, plunge cutting, slotting, and flat-bottom material removal. Manufactured from uncoated solid carbide, these burs feature a true end-cutting geometry combined with a double-cut flute pattern for aggressive yet controlled cutting.

Unlike standard cylinder burs, the USB series is engineered to cut effectively on the end face, allowing operators to plunge directly into material, machine slots, and clean flat-bottom surfaces. The double-cut design produces smaller chips, reduces chatter, and improves control during high-RPM operation.

USB series carbide burs are optimized for use with high-speed die grinders and rotary tools and are widely used in fabrication, machining, tool & die work, and industrial maintenance where precise end cutting is required.

Key Features

  • Cylinder shape with true end-cutting capability.
  • Double-cut flute geometry for controlled, aggressive material removal.
  • Uncoated solid carbide for consistent, cost-effective performance.
  • Ideal for plunge cuts, slotting, and flat-bottom machining.
  • Designed for high-RPM die grinder applications.
