Champion XL200 HSS Annular Cutters — 2″ Depth Surface-Treated Cutters for Magnetic Drills
The Champion XL200 Surface-Treated HSS Annular Cutters are heavy-duty hole cutting tools designed for deep, precise, and efficient drilling in steel and other ferrous materials. With a 2″ depth of cut, the XL200 series is ideal for thicker plate, structural steel, and stacked materials where standard 1″ cutters are insufficient.
Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS) and enhanced with a surface treatment for improved wear resistance, XL200 annular cutters deliver extended tool life and consistent performance in demanding magnetic drilling applications. The annular cutting design removes only a thin ring of material, reducing cutting forces, heat generation, and power consumption compared to conventional twist drills.
The XL200 series is optimized for use with magnetic drill presses and compatible annular cutter arbors equipped with pilot pins for accurate positioning and automatic slug ejection.
