The Champion XL86 Hex Shank Bridge Reamers are heavy-duty sprial flute maintenance tools engineered to enlarge and align holes in structural steel on bridges, buildings, ship hulls and other heavy fabrication work. Designed with a precision machined hex shank that matches the socket size of the bolt to be installed, these reamers eliminate the need for adapter bushing in impact sockets and deliver consistent, robust performance on the jobsite.

Constructed from surface-treated high-speed steel, XL86 reamers combine a left-hand spiral flute with a right-hand cutting direction to efficiently shear chips away from the operator and improve control. The high trace helix reduces buildup while delivering smooth material removal in oversized, misaligned, or worn holes.
