The Champion X1 spiral-flute screw extractors deliver heavy-duty extraction performance for removing broken bolts, screws, studs, and pipe fittings without damaging the surrounding threads. The aggressive spiral design bites deeper as torque is applied, creating maximum gripping force for stubborn fasteners stuck due to corrosion, shear failure or overtightening.

X1 Operating Guidelines
- Drill a hole into the broken fastener using the recommended drill size listed in the specifications table.
- Insert the proper X1 extractor into the drilled hole.
- Turn counterclockwise using a tap wrench or T-handle. Spiral flutes will bite and lift the broken part out.
Note: Penetrating oil may help loosen rusted or corroded parts.
