Champion XSR Step Reamers — Enlarge & Align Holes in Steel, Stainless & Tough Alloys
The Champion XSR Step Reamers are heavy-duty hybrid tools combining step drilling and maintenance reaming. Each reamer features five progressive drill sizes, enabling enlargement and alignment of holes up to ½″ (≈ 12.7 mm) thick in steel, stainless steel and other tough alloys.

The XSR-SET includes one of each of the following three step-reamers: XSR-5/16×9/16, XSR-9/16×13/16, and XSR-13/16×1-1/16.

Always wear appropriate PPE. Use correct RPM and feed for material and size. Do not side-load the tool; designed for axial use only. Use cutting fluid when required for stainless or hard alloys.
