Champion DT22HEX-SET-MET6 Drill-Tap Combo Set — Metric Threads, 1/4″ Hex Shank
The Champion DT22HEX-SET-MET6 Drill-Tap Combo Set is a professional metric threading solution designed to drill and tap precise threads in a single operation. Built around Champion’s proven DT22HEX drill-tap combination tools, this set eliminates tool changes, improves alignment, and dramatically reduces installation time.
Each drill-tap is manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS) and features a 135° split point for fast starting and reduced walking. The integrated tap section cuts clean, accurate metric threads while maintaining proper concentricity between the drilled hole and finished thread.
The 1/4″ hex shank allows quick-change use in impact drivers and cordless drills, making this set ideal for production work, field installation, maintenance, and fabrication where metric fasteners are required.
