Champion SD Series Ball Shape Carbide Burs (SD1–SD16) — Precision Deburring & Contour Finishing

The Champion SD Series Ball Shape Carbide Burs are precision rotary cutting tools designed for controlled material removal, internal contouring, and deburring. Covering sizes SD1 through SD16, this series features a spherical cutting head ideal for working inside holes, radiused surfaces, and complex contours.

Manufactured from premium solid carbide, SD series burs provide excellent durability and edge stability at high RPM. The ball-nose profile allows smooth blending, radius forming, and surface cleanup without gouging, making these burs especially effective for finishing work and internal shaping.

Designed for use with die grinders and high-speed rotary tools, SD series carbide burs are widely used in fabrication shops, maintenance departments, mold and die work, and general metalworking applications.

Key Features

  • Ball shape cutting head for internal contouring and radius blending.
  • Solid carbide construction for long tool life and high RPM stability.
  • Ideal for deburring holes, ports, and internal surfaces.
  • Wide size range (SD1–SD16) for precision and versatility.
  • Compatible with die grinders and rotary tools.
