Champion USL Series 14° Taper Radius End Double-Cut Carbide Burs — Uncoated Solid Carbide for Progressive Profiling

The Champion USL Series 14° Taper Radius End Double-Cut Carbide Burs are professional rotary cutting tools engineered for progressive profiling, controlled material removal, and smooth contour finishing. Manufactured from uncoated solid carbide, these burs feature a 14° tapered body with a rounded radius end combined with a double-cut flute geometry for precise, predictable cutting.

The 14° taper provides excellent visibility and access when shaping grooves, fillets, and contoured surfaces, while the radius end minimizes gouging and allows smooth transitions. The double-cut design produces smaller chips, reduces vibration, and improves operator control at high RPM.

USL series carbide burs are optimized for use with high-speed die grinders and rotary tools and are widely used in fabrication shops, welding operations, mold work, and industrial maintenance environments.
