Choose CGW specialty chop saw wheels by workpiece and application. This series includes zirconia for iron, heavy bars and thicker ferrous stock (36125), aluminum oxide for aluminum drywall studs, aluminum shelving and light-gauge steel (36124), white aluminum oxide for stainless steel (36123), and a special non-loading aluminum oxide formulation for aluminum (36122).
All four references are Type 1, 14 x 3/32 x 1 inch, rated at a maximum 4,400 RPM. The stainless steel wheel 36123 has single fiberglass reinforcement (SR) and CGW specifies Fe+S+Cl <= 0.1%. The other three references have double fiberglass reinforcement (DR). These application and contamination specifications are reference-specific, not interchangeable.
Sold in complete-box multiples of 10 wheels. Prices are per wheel. The series image represents the zirconia model. Use compatible, correctly rated chop saw equipment and the appropriate manufacturer-approved guard. Use for cutting only, not side grinding. Follow CGW instructions and actual wheel markings.
