Cutting Tools Outlet ships across Canada, the United States, and eligible international destinations. Shipping availability depends on the products ordered and the delivery address. Available shipping options, prices, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Origins and Multiple Shipments

Your order may ship from our warehouse or a supplier location, depending on the products ordered, inventory availability, and destination.

  • Champion and Mercer: CT Outlet Warehouse in Québec or our supplier location in New York.
  • Drill America: CT Outlet Warehouse in Québec or supplier locations in New York and Florida.
  • Taylor Tool: CT Outlet Warehouse in Québec or our supplier location in Ontario.

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate shipments. Available shipping options and the total shipping charge are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

For Champion, Mercer, Drill America, and Taylor Tool products, free shipping is available on qualifying orders at the following thresholds:

  • Canada: from 149.01 CAD.
  • United States: from 149.01 USD, except Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: from 300.00 USD.

Shipping charges below these thresholds vary by supplier and destination. See the delivery information on the product page and the shipping options at checkout for your order.

For Mexico and other international destinations, shipping prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. The Canada and United States free-shipping thresholds do not apply to these destinations.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Confirmed in-stock orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time normally ship the same business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff normally ship the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

Products with unconfirmed supplier availability or a backorder require a separate dispatch estimate. A transit estimate does not mean that an item is immediately available to ship.

Carriers and Estimated Transit Times

  • Champion and Mercer: Purolator Express within Canada; UPS Ground for US states and Washington, DC; USPS Priority Mail for the listed US territory, associated-destination, and military-address group.
  • Drill America: UPS Standard to Canada; UPS Ground for US states and Washington, DC; USPS Priority Mail for the listed US territory, associated-destination, and military-address group.
  • Taylor Tool: Purolator Express within Canada and Purolator Ground US for available US destinations.
  • Mexico and other international destinations: available carrier services and estimates are shown at checkout.

Transit times vary by supplier and destination and are estimated in business days after dispatch. Consult the product page and checkout for the estimates applicable to your order. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Duties, Customs, and Taxes

Taylor Tool shipments to the United States using Purolator Ground US ship from Canada on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with duties and customs clearance included.

Drill America shipments to Canada using UPS Standard include duties and customs clearance.

Applicable taxes and international import-charge information are displayed at checkout. Please review the charges and delivery terms for your destination before completing your order.

Tracking Your Order

We email tracking information when the shipping label is created. Tracking updates may begin after the carrier receives and scans the parcel. If your order ships separately, tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Availability and Backorders

Transit estimates begin after shipment. They do not include time required to confirm supplier availability or obtain backordered products.

If an item is not immediately available, we will contact you with the expected lead time. You may also contact us before ordering to confirm availability and dispatch timing.

Purchase Orders and Payment

We accept purchase orders in PDF format by email at info@cuttingtoolsoutlet.com.

Customers with an approved credit account may order under their agreed payment terms, including approved Net 30 terms. For customers without approved credit, we will issue an invoice and payment is required before shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an incorrect address causes a return, redirection, or reshipment, additional freight charges may apply.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed or missing, contact us so we can assist with tracking and open a carrier investigation when needed.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier service conditions, weather, customs processing, and destination accessibility.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at our Saint-Joseph-du-Lac location. Please contact us before ordering to arrange pickup and confirm that the products are available at that location.
