CGW Interleaf Flap Discs alternate non-woven and coated abrasive flaps for uniform, consistent finishes with very little heat. Top-sized aluminum oxide on a polyester/cotton coated-abrasive backing supports cool cutting action.
Choose 4-1/2-inch or 5-inch Type 29 Regular models in available Coarse, Medium and Very Fine grades, with 7/8-inch arbor or available 5/8-inch-11 threaded hubs. Intended for stainless steel finishing, light grinding and deburring, including stainless steel, aluminum, brass and steel sheet metal applications.
CGW recommends 3,000 RPM for optimal performance. Maximum disc speed is 13,300 RPM. Sold in full-pack multiples of 10 discs; product prices are per disc.
