How to Use
Secure the end mill in a clean, rigid holder and verify runout before cutting. Select speeds, feeds, stepovers and coolant for the workpiece and tool diameter. Use a controlled plunge only when the setup and cutting conditions support it.
Solid-carbide tools are hard but brittle and may fracture if subjected to impact, excessive runout or incorrect feeds. Use machine guarding, eye protection and proper cutting parameters. California Proposition 65 warning may apply.
