The Champion CS6X-9/32 is a 6-inch HSS aircraft extension drill bit made for long-reach drilling where a standard-length drill cannot reach the hole. This individual drill is the exact 9/32" fractional size and is a dependable 9/32" aircraft extension drill bit for aircraft assembly, structural fabrication, maintenance and hard-to-reach hole locations.
The CS6X features a 135° self-centering split point to reduce walking and improve hole-start accuracy. Its black oxide treated high-speed steel construction helps improve heat resistance and tool life, while the spring-tempered shank helps resist permanent bending when drilling holes that are not perfectly aligned.
