Champion CSK14-1 82° HSS Piloted Zero-Flute Countersink | 7/16" Screw x 7/16" Pilot — Weldon-Style Piloted Countersink
The CSK14-1 is an exact 82° HSS piloted zero-flute countersink for 7/16" flat-head screws. Its fixed 7/16" pilot follows the existing hole while the single cutting edge creates a concentric, chatter-resistant countersink for clean fastener seating.
This Champion CSK-PILOTED configuration has a 53/64" body diameter, 1/2" shank and 2-3/4 overall length. The Weldon-style zero-flute design supports controlled material removal, smooth finishes and repeatable alignment in pre-drilled holes.

Applications
Use this Champion CSK14-1 for precision countersinking, deburring pre-drilled holes, edge finishing and flat-head screw seating in steel, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics and other suitable non-ferrous materials. It is designed for portable power drills and drill presses where the pilot can engage an existing hole.
Piloted Countersinking Accuracy
The 7/16" pilot helps keep the 53/64" cutting body centered in the pre-drilled hole, reducing wandering and supporting a uniform 82° chamfer. Match the pilot to the hole and the cutter to the exact 7/16" screw size before operation.
Confirm the pilot fits the existing hole, secure the workpiece, use moderate RPM and apply light pressure for a clean finish. Cutting tools may shatter if misused; wear appropriate PPE and follow the machine and tool manufacturer's instructions.
