Champion CT150-1-1/4 1-1/4" 1-3/8" Depth Carbide-Tipped Annular Cutter — Carbide-Tipped Magnetic Drill Cutter
The CT150-1-1/4 is an exact 1-1/4" carbide-tipped annular cutter for magnetic drill presses and industrial holemaking. Its 1-3/8" depth of cut is sized for steel plate, structural fabrication and other applications where a clean, accurate hole is required without drilling the full diameter.
Ultra-hard carbide teeth and Champion's triple-edge cutting system help cut fast, clean and burr-free holes in steel, stainless steel, cast iron and tough or exotic alloys. The 3/4" flatted Weldon shank fits compatible RotoBrute systems and most standard magnetic drill arbors.

Applications
Use this Champion 1-1/4" cutter for holes in cast iron, steel, stainless steel, structural steel, heavy plate and other tough or exotic alloys. It is designed for magnetic drill presses, RotoBrute systems, bridge and industrial fabrication, construction, maintenance and general steelwork requiring up to 1-3/8" of cutting depth.
Pilot Pin Compatibility
Use the correct CT150P pilot pin with this cutter. The pilot pin centers the cutter, helps guide cutting lubricant and ejects the metal slug after the hole is complete. Pilot pins are sold separately.
Secure the workpiece and use the correct arbor, pilot pin, speed, feed and carbide-rated cutting lubricant. Use appropriate PPE and follow the drill press and cutter manufacturer's instructions.
