Champion CT200STK-1 1" Carbide-Tipped Stack Annular Cutter — 2" Depth for Drilling Multiple Steel Plates
The CT200STK-1 is an exact 1" carbide-tipped stack annular cutter designed to drill through multiple layers of steel in one operation. The 2-inch depth of cut and special stack-cutting tooth geometry help maintain hole accuracy while reducing the need to stop and remove center plugs between plates.
Precision-ground tungsten carbide teeth are brazed to a hardened steel body and use Champion's triple-edge cutting system for fast, clean, burr-reduced holes. Use this annular cutter with a compatible magnetic drill press, 3/4" Weldon-style arbor, pilot pin, and carbide-rated cutting lubricant.

Applications

It is designed for magnetic drill presses and industrial construction, maintenance, and steel fabrication work.
Secure the workpiece and use the correct arbor, pilot pin, speed, feed, and carbide-rated cutting lubricant. Use appropriate PPE and follow the drill press and cutter manufacturer's instructions.
