The Champion PTC4-2 is a professional-grade 2" diamond multi-purpose hole cutter for drilling clean, large-diameter openings in porcelain tile, granite, marble, travertine, fiberglass, brick, cement board and other hard materials. This individual cutter head is the exact 2" size and is designed for demanding tile, stone and masonry work.
Industrial-grade vacuum-brazed diamond grit provides a strong bond for fast penetration and long tool life. The thin-wall design helps reduce heat buildup, while integrated ejection slots help clear the material slug after cutting. Use this cutter with the appropriate PTC4 arbor, sold separately.
For wet drilling: porcelain tile, quarry tile, ceramic tile, granite, travertine, marble, reinforced glass and cement. For dry drilling: glass, fiberglass, plastics, laminates, acrylic, brick, paving and similar materials. For lubricated drilling: thin sheet metal and aluminum.
Important: Do not use the pilot drill when drilling tile or other hard stone surfaces. Follow the correct speed, water or lubricant and PPE requirements for the material being cut.
