Champion XL100-1-3/16 1-3/16" Plus20 HSS Annular Cutter | 1" Depth — Surface-Treated High-Speed Steel Hole Cutter
The XL100-1-3/16 is an exact 1-3/16" HSS annular cutter for magnetic drill presses and industrial holemaking. With a 1" depth of cut, this surface-treated Champion XL100 cutter is built for drilling steel plate, structural beams, pipe, tube and other fabrication materials.
Champion's Plus20 surface treatment helps improve wear resistance, reduce friction and chip welding, and support fast, clean cutting when the correct speed, feed and lubricant are used. The 3/4" flatted Weldon shank fits compatible RotoBrute systems and most standard magnetic drill arbors.

Applications
Use this Champion 1-3/16" XL100 cutter for holes in structural steel, steel plate, beams, pipe, tube, frames and industrial fabrication assemblies. It is designed for RotoBrute magnetic drill presses and most other mag drill systems that accept a 3/4" Weldon annular cutter.
Pilot Pin Compatibility
Use the correct XL100P pilot pin with this cutter. The pilot centers the annular cutter, guides cutting lubricant and ejects the metal slug after the hole is complete. Pilot pins are sold separately.
Secure the workpiece and use the correct arbor, pilot pin, speed, feed and BruteLube cutting fluid or wax. Cutting tools may shatter if misused; use appropriate PPE and follow the drill press and cutter manufacturer's instructions.
