Champion CS100P Replacement Pilot Pin for CS100 Annular Cutters
CS100P is the replacement pilot pin for Champion CS100 HSS annular cutters from 1/2" through 2" diameter. It supports accurate centering, coolant guidance and metal-plug ejection during 1"-deep magnetic drilling.

How to Use
Install the CS100P in the compatible Champion CS100 cutter before mounting the tool in the magnetic drill arbor. Confirm the pilot pin is seated and moves freely before drilling.
Disconnect the drill before installing or removing a pilot pin. Secure the magnetic base, use appropriate speeds and feeds and wear eye protection.
