Champion CT5-1-7/8 Carbide Hole Cutter, 1-7/8", 3/16" Depth
CT5-1-7/8 is a Champion CT5 carbide-tipped hole cutter for a 1-7/8" diameter and 3/16" depth of cut. Its sharp carbide teeth, spring-loaded pilot drill and safety collar are designed for fast, round and clean holes in metal and other listed materials.

How to Use
Start the CT5-1-7/8 with the pilot drill centered on the mark. As the pilot approaches breakthrough, reduce feed pressure so the carbide teeth enter the material smoothly. Use the correct speed for the diameter and material, and apply BruteLube cutting fluid or wax when appropriate.
Do not use in impact mode. Carbide teeth may break if overloaded. Secure the workpiece, wear eye and face protection and follow the manufacturer's operating guidelines.
