DWTH3-114NPS is a Drill America high-speed steel round adjustable pipe die for making new 1-1/4-11-1/2 NPS external pipe threads and rethreading existing NPS (National Pipe Straight) pipe threads. Its 3 in OD round profile is designed for use with a compatible die stock.
This uncoated HSS die combines hardness and toughness for general-purpose machinist, plumbing, maintenance and fabrication work. The chamfered faces help start the die and support threading close to a shoulder when the workpiece and die stock are properly aligned.
