Champion XSR-13/16X1-1/16 Step Reamer, 13/16" x 1-1/16" Range
XSR-13/16X1-1/16 is a Champion Brute XSR heavy-duty step reamer covering 13/16" x 1-1/16". One tool provides five progressive drilling sizes (13/16", 7/8", 15/16", 1" and 1-1/16") for enlarging and aligning holes in steel, stainless steel and tough alloys up to 1/2" thick.

How to Use
Use the XSR-13/16X1-1/16 to enlarge or align an existing hole with controlled feed pressure. Keep the tool square to the workpiece, apply cutting lubricant and stop at the safety collar. Use a drill press when starting a new hole.
Secure the workpiece and wear eye protection. Do not force the reamer or exceed the recommended material thickness and operating conditions.
