The Champion CT200STK Carbide-Tipped Stack Cutters are high-performance annular cutters engineered specifically for drilling stacked steel materials using magnetic drill presses. With a 2″ depth of cut, the CT200STK series is designed to maintain accuracy, stability, and clean hole quality when drilling through multiple layers of steel in a single operation.
Each CT200STK cutter features precision-ground tungsten carbide teeth brazed to a hardened steel body and utilizes Champion’s triple-edge cutting system. This construction delivers fast cutting speeds, superior heat resistance, and extended tool life compared to HSS annular cutters—especially when drilling stacked plate, structural members, and layered fabrication assemblies.
The annular cutting geometry removes only a thin ring of material, reducing cutting pressure and heat buildup while producing clean, burr-free holes across all layers. CT200STK cutters are compatible with magnetic drill presses and standard annular cutter arbors using pilot pins for accurate positioning and slug ejection.
