CGW Al Edge Aluminum wheels use premium aluminum oxide grain with a soft N-grade bond for weld removal on aluminum, copper, zinc and other non-ferrous materials. The grain is engineered for non-loading grinding action. The six references listed on the series page have Type 27 construction, 1/4 inch thickness and A30N specification.
Choose 4-1/2, 5 or 9 inch diameter with 7/8 inch arbor mounting or 5/8 inch-11 threaded hub. The 4-1/2 and 5 inch arbor-mounted models are packed by 25 wheels. The 9 inch arbor-mounted model and all threaded-hub models are sold by 10. Maximum RPM varies by reference.
Prices are per wheel and orders must be complete-box multiples. Use for grinding, not cut-off operations. Match the wheel type, diameter, mount and speed to compatible right-angle grinder equipment and the appropriate guard. Follow CGW instructions and actual wheel markings.
