CGW Type 1 aluminum oxide cut-off wheels are designed for high-speed gas-powered saws cutting metal, steel and stainless steel. Choose 12, 14 or 16 inch diameter, 5/32 inch thickness, and the exact arbor size required by your equipment.
12 and 14 inch references are available with 20 mm or 1 inch arbor holes. The 16 inch wheel has a 1 inch arbor hole. CGW 35587, 35589, 36158 and 36159 have double fiberglass reinforcement (DR). CGW 35599, 35600 and 36143 have triple fiberglass reinforcement (TR). The 12 and 14 inch wheels are electronically balanced (EB), as specified by CGW. Maximum wheel speeds are 6,400 RPM for 12 inch, 5,500 RPM for 14 inch and 4,800 RPM for 16 inch.
Sold in complete-box multiples of 10 wheels. Prices are per wheel. Use compatible, correctly rated gas saw equipment with the exact matching arbor and the appropriate manufacturer-approved guard. Use for cutting only, not side grinding. Follow CGW instructions and actual wheel markings. The series image is representative.
