CGW Ultra Pipeline T-Bond wheels use aluminum oxide grain with a hard T-grade bond for grinding metal. The eight references listed on the series page have Type 27 construction, CGW 1/8 inch (.160) thickness designation and A24T specification.
Choose 4-1/2, 5, 6 or 7 inch diameter with 7/8 inch arbor mounting or 5/8 inch-11 threaded hub. Arbor-mounted models are packed by 25 wheels; threaded-hub models by 10. Maximum RPM varies by reference.
Prices are per wheel and orders must be complete-box multiples. The CGW series label identifies notching, cutting and light grinding. Confirm the allowed operation on the selected wheel and use the appropriate guard and procedure for each operation. Match the wheel type, diameter, mount and speed to compatible right-angle grinder equipment and the appropriate guard. Follow CGW instructions and actual wheel markings.
