CGW Fast Cut Z-PC flap discs use zirconia alumina abrasive grain on a polyester/cotton backing for steel and stainless steel applications. The poly/cotton backing combines durability and finish strength.
Choose 4-1/2" discs in 40, 60 or 80 grit, with Type 27 or Type 29 profiles and Regular or XL configurations. Available mounting options include a 7/8" arbor hole and a 5/8"-11 threaded hub; availability varies by configuration.
Maximum speed: 13,300 RPM. Use a compatible angle grinder and follow CGW’s operating instructions.
