How to Use
Clamp the workpiece securely and install the end mill in a rigid, low-runout holder. Choose speeds, feeds and coolant for the workpiece and small tool diameter. Clear chips frequently during slotting and avoid dwelling at the bottom of a plunge.
Solid-carbide end mills can chip or fracture under impact, excessive runout or incorrect cutting conditions. Use machine guarding, eye protection and proper feeds and speeds. California Proposition 65 warning may apply.
