The 799L-1-1/4X90 is an exact 1-1/4" 90° HSS countersink from Champion's 799L large-size series. Its four-flute geometry is designed for stable, chatter-resistant countersinking and chamfering of large-diameter holes in steels, stainless steel and other alloys.
This large four-flute countersink combines a 1-1/4" cutting diameter with a 90° included angle, 2-1/8 overall tool length and a 1/2 shank. It is suited to rigid setups where concentricity, smooth surface finish and reliable flat-head fastener seating matter.
