Champion 980-13/16 13/16" HSS Straight Flute Taper Shank Bridge Reamer — Structural Steel Hole Alignment
The Champion 980-13/16 is a heavy-duty 13/16" HSS straight flute taper shank bridge reamer designed to enlarge and align off-size, misshapen or misaligned holes in structural steel. This individual reamer is the exact 13/16" diameter and is suited to bridge fabrication, steel erection, shipbuilding and heavy maintenance work.
The straight flute and right-hand cut provide controlled material removal and a rigid cutting action. Straight-flute bridge reamers are also easier to hand-regrind and easier to dislodge if they become bound in a hole. The taper shank is designed for power tools with Morse taper spindles.
