The CSKA14 is a Champion 100° HSS zero-flute countersink sized for flat-head screws from 1/8" to 27/64". Its single cutting edge is designed for fast stock removal and a smooth, chatter-resistant finish when deburring drilled holes, chamfering edges or preparing seats for flat-head fasteners.
This exact CSKA configuration has a 7/16" body diameter, 1/4" shank and 1-11/16 overall length. The zero-flute Weldon-style design supports controlled cutting in production, fabrication and maintenance work. Use a properly set depth stop or machine stop when repeatable countersink depth is required.

Match the cutter to the exact 1/8" to 27/64" screw range, secure the workpiece and establish the desired depth before cutting. Moderate RPM, light pressure and proper alignment help produce a clean 100° chamfer and extend tool life.
Cutting tools may shatter if misused. Wear appropriate PPE and follow the machine and tool manufacturer's instructions.
