Champion FGR-B-1-1 3/32" Bur-End Solid Carbide Fiberglass Router Bit – 1/8" Shank x 3/8" Flute x 1-1/2" OAL
FGR-B-1-1 is a Champion solid carbide fiberglass router bit with a bur-end profile. It is also commonly searched as a fiberglass router burr, composite router bit or solid carbide composite cutter. The 3/32" cutter, 1/8" shank and 3/8" flute are designed for controlled routing and material removal.
Use this fiberglass router bit for fiberglass, composite panels, printed circuit boards, and other non-metallic materials. The bur-end design helps shape profiles, open or enlarge holes, remove excess material and finish composite edges with a compatible high-speed router or rotary tool.
Key Features
- Exact MPN: FGR-B-1-1.
- Router profile: bur-end cutting geometry for routing, shaping and removing excess fiberglass material.
- Cutter diameter: 3/32".
- Shank: 1/8" diameter for a compatible router or rotary tool collet.
- Flute length: 3/8"; overall length: 1-1/2".
- Construction: solid carbide for abrasive fiberglass and composite applications.
- Industry use: suitable for fiberglass circuit-board production, boating, aerospace, RV and composite fabrication work.

Applications
Designed for production and maintenance work involving fiberglass circuit boards, boat components, aerospace composites, RV panels and other non-metallic composite parts. Use the cutter diameter and flute length that match the required profile and material thickness.
Use and Safety
Secure the workpiece and use the bit only in a compatible collet with the manufacturer-recommended speed and feed. Carbide tools can fracture if overloaded or run with excessive runout. Wear eye and face protection, respiratory protection appropriate for fiberglass dust, and use dust extraction and ventilation.
