The HX80-1-1/16 is an exact 1-1/16" HSS hex shank straight flute maintenance reamer for enlarging and aligning existing holes in steel and structural steel. Its hex shank is designed for secure use with compatible electric and pneumatic tools and sockets, making this individual Champion reamer a practical choice for maintenance, fabrication, and repair work.
The surface-treated high-speed steel (HSS) body uses straight flutes with a right-hand cut for controlled material removal. The short 7" overall length helps in tight-access applications such as steel erection, chassis work, and truck or trailer repair.
