Champion SA80 Brute 7/8" Maintenance Reamer for Metal Holes
The Champion SA80 Brute 7/8" Maintenance Reamer is a heavy-duty HSS car and maintenance reamer for enlarging, aligning and correcting existing holes in steel, stainless steel and tough alloys. The 7/8" diameter is the finished reaming size for metal fabrication, construction, maintenance and repair work.
Use the SA80 in an existing hole rather than as a replacement for a twist drill. Its left-hand helix and right-hand cutting action shear chips away from the operator, while the safety collar stop helps prevent over-penetration. The flatted shank is designed for power drills and drill presses with the appropriate chuck capacity.
Why choose the 7/8" SA80 reamer?
The 7/8" size helps bring drilled, punched or welded holes into alignment before bolts, fasteners or structural hardware are installed. It is suited to steel erection, truck and trailer repair, automotive frames, fabrication and industrial maintenance.
Key Features
- 7/8" reaming diameter for enlarging and aligning existing metal holes.
- Left-hand helix with right-hand cut to shear chips away from the operator.

- 1/2" flatted shank for compatible power drills and drill presses.
