How to Use
Drill the correct pilot hole, secure the workpiece and keep the tap aligned with the hole. Apply suitable cutting fluid, use the correct CNC tapping speed and feed, and allow the spiral flutes to lift chips from the blind hole. Wear eye protection and appropriate personal protective equipment.
Spiral flute taps are intended for blind-hole applications. Cutting tools may shatter if misused. Follow the machine and tap manufacturer's operating instructions. California Proposition 65 warning may apply.
