The XL801-1X100 is an exact 1" 100° HSS countersink from Champion's Brute XL801 series. Its single-flute, high-hook cutting geometry is designed for self-centering countersinking, chamfering and deburring in steel, aluminum and other machinable metals.
This configuration combines a 1" cutting diameter, 100° included angle, 2-3/4 overall tool length and a 1/2 shank. The single cutting edge supports controlled material removal, chip clearance and smooth finishes in portable drills, drill presses and Bridgeport-type machines.
