Why Choose a Single-Flute Countersink?
The single cutting edge gives the tool room for chip evacuation and a controlled cut across a wide range of hole sizes. The exact 3/8" by 100° configuration lets you match the countersink to the required fastener geometry without a visible variant selector.
Secure the workpiece, use a compatible 1/4 shank arbor or chuck, and select moderate RPM, steady feed and suitable cutting fluid for the material. Cutting tools may shatter if misused; wear appropriate PPE and follow the machine and tool manufacturer's instructions.
