Champion CS100-7/16 HSS Annular Cutter, 7/16", 1" Depth

CS100-7/16 is a Champion CS100 high-speed steel annular cutter for a 7/16" diameter and 1" depth of cut. The cutter uses an annular cutting path to remove only the ring of material, reducing drilling pressure and helping produce clean, accurate holes in structural steel, plate, pipe and tube.

Key Benefits

  • High-speed steel construction supports productive metal holemaking.
  • 1" depth of cut handles the selected plate or structural section.
  • Pilot pin included for centering, lubricant guidance and slug ejection.
  • 3/4" Weldon shank fits compatible magnetic drill arbors.
  • Annular cutting reduces the material removed compared with a twist drill of the same diameter.

Applications

  • Structural steel, plate, beams, pipe and tube
  • Magnetic drill press holemaking and field fabrication
  • Clean 7/16" diameter holes to 1" depth
  • Maintenance, bridgework, trailers and industrial fabrication
