CS100P-7/16 is a replacement pilot pin for the Champion CS100 7/16" annular cutter. It helps center the cutter, guide lubricant into the cut and eject the metal plug during 1"-deep magnetic drilling.

How to Use
Install the CS100P-7/16 in the compatible Champion CS100 cutter before mounting the tool in the magnetic drill arbor. Confirm the pilot pin is seated and moves freely before drilling.
Disconnect the drill before installing or removing a pilot pin. Secure the magnetic base, use appropriate speeds and feeds and wear eye protection.
